1 General Provisions and Definitions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 444 baji platform and all services under it. By accessing 444 baji through its website, mobile application or any other digital channel, you are deemed to have read these Terms in full and agreed to comply with them.
Certain words used in this document carry specific meanings. "Platform" refers to both the 444 baji website and mobile app. "User" or "Member" refers to any registered account holder. "Services" refers to the full range of facilities offered by 444 baji, including sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games and other gaming options.
1.1 Applicability of the Terms
These Terms apply to residents of Bangladesh and have been prepared in the Bengali language. In the event of any conflict between the English and Bengali versions, the Bengali version shall prevail. 444 baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time at its sole discretion.
1.2 Related Policies
Alongside these Terms, 444 baji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines also remain in effect and are considered an integral part of these Terms. You are advised to read those policies carefully as well.
Important: By continuing to access or use this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to every clause of these Terms.
2 Account Registration and Eligibility
To create an account on 444 baji, you must meet all of the conditions below. If any condition is not met, the registration will not be accepted, and 444 baji reserves the right to close any account already created where applicable.
2.1 Registration Requirements
- You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
- You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
- Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and the funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account — providing false information will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
2.2 Use on Behalf of Third Parties Prohibited
Placing bets or conducting transactions on behalf of another person or using another person's funds is strictly prohibited. Each account may only be used by its actual owner.
Warning: Accounts created with false information will be closed at any time and the entire balance in such accounts may be forfeited.
3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
444 baji strictly upholds that gaming activities are for adults only. The minimum age to participate on this platform is 21 years. After registration, 444 baji may at any time request the necessary documents to verify age and identity.
3.1 Required Verification Documents
To confirm identity, a clear copy of any one of the following documents may need to be submitted:
- National Identity Card (NID)
- Valid Passport
- Birth Registration Certificate (where required)
3.2 Verification Process
After documents are submitted, 444 baji will verify them as promptly as possible. Withdrawal requests may be held pending until verification is complete. Submitting false or forged documents is a serious breach of these Terms, and 444 baji reserves the right to take legal action in such cases.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Conditions
All financial transactions on 444 baji are conducted through secure mobile banking methods. Our goal is to keep the payment system simple and reliable for users.

4.1 Deposit Conditions
- The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the 444 baji account.
- Deposits from third-party mobile banking accounts will not be accepted, and such transactions may be forfeited.
- The minimum deposit is ৳200 — transactions below this amount will not be accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum amount for a withdrawal is ৳800.
- Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals from accounts showing suspicious activity will be held until an investigation is completed.
Please note: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Cryptocurrency or any other currency is not accepted.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
444 baji offers various bonuses and promotional benefits for new and existing members. Each bonus has its own conditions, which must be read before claiming a bonus.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳2,000, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. However, to use this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — meaning ৳40,000 in total bets must be placed for a ৳2,000 bonus.
5.2 General Bonus Terms and Conditions
- Each bonus offer may be used only once per member.
- Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been met.
- Bonus funds can never be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for gaming activity.
- When a bonus offer expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
- 444 baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
5.3 VIP Cashback
The 444 baji VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Cashback is paid each week on net losses at set rates: Bronze up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8% and Gold up to 1.2%.
Example: as a Silver member, if your net loss in a given week is ৳20,000, your cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160. Wagering conditions may also apply to cashback.
6 Sports Betting and Casino Rules
444 baji offers betting on cricket, football and various other sports, as well as participation in live casino, slots and fishing games. All gaming activities are conducted in accordance with defined rules.
6.1 Sports Betting
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
- If a match is abandoned or postponed, 444 baji will determine the outcome of the bet in accordance with standard rules.
- Odds in live betting may change after a match begins, and markets may close at certain points.
- Multi bets covering multiple selections are possible — however, if one selection is incorrect, the entire bet will be lost.
6.2 Casino Games
- Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) and volatility, which are stated in the game information.
- If a round is left incomplete due to a system or network error, 444 baji will determine the result based on saved data.
- Specific wagering conditions may need to be met to win a progressive jackpot — see the individual rules for each game.
Technical Errors: 444 baji is not liable for winnings or balances displayed incorrectly due to a software or hardware technical error, and reserves the right to cancel such transactions.
7 Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension
The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain a fair and secure environment on 444 baji. Breaching these conditions will result in the account being suspended or closed immediately.
7.1 List of Prohibited Activities
- Placing artificial or opposing bets with the intention of circumventing bonus conditions.
- Any attempt at money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
- Deliberately exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug on the platform.
- Placing bets or playing games using bots or automated software.
- Defrauding other users or engaging in harassing behaviour on the platform.
- Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
7.2 Account Suspension and Closure Process
If suspicious activity is detected, 444 baji may temporarily suspend an account without prior notice. If a breach of the Terms is proven after investigation, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
Important: 444 baji reserves the right to pass account information related to money laundering or fraud to the relevant authorities.
8 Privacy and Data Protection
The protection of your personal information is of great importance to 444 baji. Information collected at registration is used only for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity and ensuring security.

8.1 Data Security Measures
- All transactions and personal information are secured through SSL encryption.
- Sensitive payment-related information is not stored on 444 baji's servers.
- If unusual activity is detected on your account, 444 baji will notify you.
9 Responsible Gaming Policy
444 baji believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Encouraging members to play responsibly is a core part of our policy. This platform is for persons aged 21 years or older only.
Our Responsible Gaming guidelines provide full details on setting deposit limits, taking a temporary account break and self-exclusion. Any member may activate these features at any time.
9.1 Protection Against Problem Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability
The 444 baji platform is provided on an "as is" basis. In certain circumstances 444 baji's liability is limited, as set out below.
10.1 Cases Where No Liability Applies
- If a game is interrupted due to lost internet connection, power outage, or device failure.
- Any loss resulting from a user sharing their account details with a third party.
- Bets placed based on odds or balances displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
- Any issues with the services of third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, etc.).
10.2 Limit on Compensation
If a financial loss occurs directly due to a fault by 444 baji, compensation will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question. 444 baji will not provide compensation for indirect losses or lost opportunities.
11 Right to Amend Terms
444 baji reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel any part of these terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.
If significant changes are made, 444 baji will try to notify members by email or through the platform. However, it is primarily the user's responsibility to stay updated on any changes. Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
11.1 Right to Suspend Services
444 baji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any service without prior notice, particularly for maintenance, security improvements, or other necessary reasons.
